Mindful living is a way of being that can transform the way you think, feel and act, allowing you to move from unhelpful thoughts and feelings to more positive, friendly and helpful ones.
The Magic of Mindful Living guides you through a step-by-step approach, offering you a chance to reflect on your needs, be mindful of the actions you would benefit from in your life and to start creating more positive habits. There are meditations, relaxation, affirmations, visualisations, journalling and creative ideas to help you tune in to your body’s innate wisdom and find within yourself the internal knowledge that instinctively knows what is best.
With this Mindful Living course, we will plant the seeds of mindfulness: allowing yourself to relax, flourish and grow. We will water the seeds of gratitude and let contentment bloom and bring the magic of mindfulness to life through practices that help you to discover your spark of light, be your very own glimmer of hope, so that you can encourage yourself to blossom into the fullness of this life and be the beautiful being that you are.

This Magic of Mindful Living course is a journey of reflection and exploration, it offers you a chance to reflect on your needs, be mindful of what actions you would benefit from in your life and to start to create more positive habits.
I provide some useful tools to help you on your journey, but just like going to the gym, practising these methods regularly have the most benefits. We can start the journey together, develop nourishing activities and helpful methods that you can continue beyond the course, in order to feel happier and healthier within.
